ya its cheating!!!
i mean hes lookin and lusting after another woman the Bible says to have looked on a woman and lust after her, he has already committed adultry in his heart, cant give exact reference, but i know its in the new testament.

Guys look at porn all the time. They aren't cheating. It's part of their nature. I know it feels weird but it's something guys go through. As they get older, they seem to want to watch it more. Maybe it's a fantasy thing? But as long as they don't take it to the next level, it's normal.

True story, my last boyfriend worked with softcore porn models, like had their phone numbers, knew where they lived, photographed them naked and in porny ways. I would never have minded him looking at pics on the Internet of girls he didn't know, that didn't know him, and that he couldn't have. But the others...that bugged me, like seriously. Probably one of the biggest factors I considered when breaking up with him. I couldn't handle the competition.
So you have to ask yourself, can that static image on the screen ever decide to have sex with him or not? Because if it can't, then it isn't cheating.

I think it depends on the couple if they are both okay with the other doing it then it will cause no harm, if on the other hand it's something that causes issues between them then obviously one of them feels like they are being cheated on. Different strokes for different folks.
