As for spells... well now, spells are best that are created from the mind of the caster... you could do another persons spells, but they probably won't do you much good... however with that in mind, Trish Telesco has a book of spells, several actually... you could try the victorian grimoire, or magic made easy, or a goddess in my pocket...

That's about like a handing a baby a loaded pistol. He may be able to make it go boom (!) but he's unlikely to hit a target.
And no, I'm not calling you a "baby," I'm just using a "metaphor" to illustrate.
Wicca and magic and spells and all that jazz are a method of focusing. It's not CHEMISTRY, it's more like YOGA.
Okay, put another way, suppose you take the tooth of a live bat and the left hind leg from a dead toad, mix with a pinch of blond baby hair from a third son of a third son, and boil into a paste and rub this on your butt at a crossroads at midnight ... do you really think something "oooooooooo" will happen? Or will you have wasted a whole bunch of time and effort to make a smelly mess? Now, if you knew to think the right thoughts while you were concocting your smelly mess, you might see something. Or you might have seen something if you thought the right thoughts but didn't make a mess.
Deep, huh?
There are organizations that can help to get you into this kind of thing, but it's not going to be "The Betty Crocker Spell Book for Beginners."

Any site that hands out spells are not going to help you, it'll just hurt you. If you are looking into all this as a way to hurt someone or get back at them, stop. You'll only hurt yourself and make the rest of us look bad. If you want to become a true witch/pagan/wiccan do your research. Study, learn, and do some serious soul searching. Then after you do that for around 1-2 years, then look into becoming a practicing witch.

There are lots of sites out there that have spells and herbals, but I'm curious. Are you wanting them just to play with, or are you wanting to study witchcraft? Spells are not toys to use to seek revenge. It would be like taking a loaded gun and using it in a water gun fight. They are powerful tools and should be treated as such. Also, what you put out into the world comes back to you threefold. Just be careful.

there are but before you open that door know what you're getting into. it's nothing to play with and once you open that door it's really hard to shut it again. read up on wicca and new age religion before you go casting spells. herb use is best found in book form as it's been tried and true for centuries. spend an afternoon in barnes and noble (or another bookstore) and start reading.

Why would you want to get into something like this? This can lead to some serious issues if it is not use properly.
Herb use should be studied not just jumped into. Some are deadly.
Go to a licensed Herbologist and ask for recommendations of a good school and website.
