It is very unlikely you could actually do this. If you have family, a wife, kids, or even some friends, you automatically have "meaning". And if you have a religion, which most folks do, you are told what your life means and how to relate that life to God, Allah, Yahweh, Buddha, Brahma, etc.. If you love your country you will find some meaning there, too.
"Meaning" is nothing more than a personal collection of things, people, concepts, and institutions, even fantasies, that make your behavior important or significant relevant to something other than your own person. Any thought that your life could suddenly become "meaningless" would automatically be a false idea, since you would still be meaningful, important, or significant to others, even if you weren't to yourself.
You may be confusing depression with "meaning". If you're feeling lost, sad, alone, depressed, isolated, angry, or worthless, you may need to get some religious or professional help...or both. Good luck!!!

If your life lacks meaning then you have failed to use your reason critically at the basic level to grasp the meaning that is in the world. You have denied your own nature as a rational being and are going the way of intellectual death (meaninglessness, boredom, and guilt). With integrity (as the concern for consistency) you can come to knowledge and have what is good for you according to your nature as a rational being (meaning).
