Do I require a licence for placing a single lobster pot off the coast of North East Scotland?

The area in question is the Moray Firth. I will not be selling any catch that I take, and the creel is likely to be in place no longer than 2 months.

I dont suppose the lobster will tell anyone! But the other fishermen might!
