Seriously for a 13 year old it depends where you live.
At 13 I did the following to earn money:

1.) Weeded yards
2.) Mowed yards
3.) Picked wild berries and sold them to neighbors
4.) Baby sat
5.) Trained horses
6.) At 12 I bought a Shetland pony for $5.00. and sold it for $50.00
7.) At 15 I traded a Welsh mare($100.00) and a ton of hay for
a 1/2 Appaloosa 1/2 Thoroughbred colt, trained him and sold
him 5 mo. later for $1,500.00.
8.) I bought four hens and sold eggs in the neighborhood.

Be inventive. Be willing to work. Be willing to learn. Watch for opportunities.

Babysitting or doing yard work for your neighbors would probably be the best and safest way for you to make some extra cash. Go trim a couple of bushes and get paid. That's about as quick as it gets.
