some canadian cities get american channels
great sport teams to cheer for
the snow
cheap stuff
low taxes
very high literacy rate~99%(the U.S. at 76%)
In 1995, the UN did a poll, and it was figured
out that the best place to live(the best in GPA, lowest in IMR and crime rates, more modern technology, etc) was Canada.
My second choice would be Sweden because it has a great lanscape.
