Can anyone think of anything that this might be? It's a 4 letters and I keep meaning to google but can never remember what it is. I thought it was DHCP and then I realised that was a computer thing. I'm just trying to figure out what this guy is trying to stop. Thanks!

Hmm... none of these. I'm positive it's not the DHMO ;). I think it might have had a T in it. I'll have to take a look at his van when I get home. Stuipd bumper stickers. It kills whatever it is. The bumper sticker does say that.

Maybe he really likes static IP addresses and thinks that DHCP is the worst idea ever. I mean come one... free IP addresses for whoever can connect to a network? It should be taxed. Yes DHCP is evil and must be taxed. DHCP is the work of the D evil. So maybe he wants to stop evil works of the Devil. Like DHCP and Dorks.
