ok this boy liies me and like always sends me this crap but i dont like him and he is like my best friend how can i tell him to stop because i dont like him and not heart his fillings

You can't. Sorry to be so harsh, but if his feelings are true, it will hurt to know they're not returned. You can either accept the stuff as gifts of friendship and continue to do so, keep what he's given so far and ask that he not send anymore, or return everything. Either of the last two will hurt, but it's better in the long run that he know the truth. It could end your friendship for a while, maybe even permanently, but if you're as young as you sound, you move on. Things don't always get better, but you do move on.

get a b/f and then he will stop sending u crap and if u cant get a b/f right now then tell him that u r only interested in being friends cuz he is too good of a friend to lose and it would b weird to hang out if u break up and stuff

Just sit down with him and tell him how you feel but be honest because if not then that situation with you and him will get worse and he will probably become more attached to you with his boyfriend feelings towards you. just tell him the truth tell him you do not see him in that way and you mostly see him more like a brother someone that you can confide in not someone you see dating.. tell you don't want to hurt his feelings because you want him to stop getting his hopes up!

Don't worry about hurting his feelings, just be honest with him. Tell him you love the friendship you have with him and wouldn't do anything to jeopardize it BUT that it is only going to be a friendship.
