hmm... well how about mothers smoking or drinking or taking drugs when they're pregnant? there was a pregnant woman in the bar the other night, and i don't think they should legally be allowed to serve or sell to her... and i think it should be illegal for someone who is unfit for parenting or already has too many kids and can't support them to have ANY MORE CHILDREN!!! it's ridiculous... and I think abusing the system (welfare) by not marrying or having more kids or not working should be illegal. they should def. investigate those things more!!

I'd say that society labels deviant crimes such as marijuana use. but also teens that drive under the influence of drugs or alcohol should be put in for longer terms or given a harsher sentence so they wont do it again. but you also have first or second offenders that are juveniles who can commit a crime and get out earlier than compared to that of a adult offender who did the same exact crime. ex. theft, murder, sex crimes.....
