I'm not sure exactly what you mean by "deviant", but I would probably say that in at least some parts of my society gambling and crossdressing are labelled criminal whereas they would (especially in the cases of gambling against bad odds) be better classified as deviant.

i'd say that society labels deviant crimes alongside with marijuana use. yet in addition young human beings that force below the impression of medicine or alcohol would desire to be put in for longer phrases or given a harsher sentence so as that they wont do it back. yet you apart from mght have first or 2nd offenders that are juveniles who can devote against the regulation and get out in the previous than whilst in comparison with that of someone criminal who did the comparable correct crime. ex. theft, homicide, intercourse crimes.....

not sure. most criminals usually deserve what they get. but maybe stealing a car would be an example not sure.
