mexico has advanced. but... heres how it goes

if mexico loses and angola wins, they will be both tied in pts (4 from a win and a tie each). So we go down to goal differential. Had angola won 1-0 they would have had a +0 goal differential and if mexico lost 2-1, they would have a +1 goal differential (this is over the 3 games). Mexico would advance. Now had angola won by 2 or mexico lost by 2, they would be tied in goal differential and now it goes down to drawing lots since they drew in their head to head match. Finally, had Angola won by 3 or Mexico lose by 3, angola goes through on goal differential.

They would, if Angola doesn't beat Iran and make up the goal differential. Doesn't matter if they get in to the next round; either Argentina or the Netherlands slaughters them in the Round of 16.

Yes, Mexico will advance to the next around and face the number 1 team in group C, which is very likely to be Argentina

Mexico advances only if Angola does NOT win, so if they tie...mexico advances...
