Light doesn't reflect in our eyes the way it does in a cats. There's something about the way their eyes are set up that allows them to see better in the dark.

Its Just There Coloring. At Night Cant Even See Here. I Can Only See Here Eyes.

Cats cannot see in the dark.

Their eye reflects extra light onto the retina helping them see in low light but this also reduces their vision in daylight.

Our eyes are different. Notice people have round pupils and cats have "pointy" pupils. I don't know what that shape is . but it has something to do with how the light reflects in the eyes.

The same reason we dont lick our hands to wash our face. OR lick our butts after going to the bathroom. We are human and not cats :D

Their eyes were designed that way because they are nocturnal. Since we aren't (or aren't supposed to be anyway), we don't have the same eye structure.
