Im interested in becoming a more intelligent person and I wanted to know what type of things I could do to help workout both sides of my brain.

Diversity is the key to using what intelligence you have. Music,Math,read,exercise,art,history,language all use differnt parts of your brain. Do them all on a regular basis.

try to perform an activity that is relevant to one side of your brain, then the other one. For example reading belongs one specific side of your brain, while problem solving belongs to another side (I'm not sure about that, check it out), so do excercises that makes one side of your brain active, then do another type of activity that makes your another brain hemisphere active.

Take your brain to the gym and ask it to work out with you, so you have a person to help you while you're lifting and what not.
