Go to File / Page Setup / Sheet ... in the middle of the window is the Print category ... click on Gridlines.

BTW, I love how people answer these questions without the slightest clue!

The light grey lines the you see by default around all Excel cells are only there as an onscreen reference to making reading the screen easier. If you want to print gird lines, you have to use the Format menu and go under Border and Shading and actually add borders around the cells. When you, you will black, rather than grey lines onscreen between the cells. And they will print.

Go to page setup and then hit the sheet tab. There is a spot there to click the gridlines on. Click that button and when you print it will print those otherwise you will get just blank sheets.

The lines you see are only for directional purpose and cannot print by default. To print them, set the border properties of the bounding lines you want from the format menu. You can set the diagonals, horizontal and vertical lines to print if you want.
Enjoy
