even if you look fit, eating junk food does not keep you fit or healthy. your heart, brain, blood, liver, kidney, etc will all be suffering from your poor choices.

Exercise. If you exercise enough, you can maintain your weight even if you're eating junk. Now that's not to say you're actually "healthy", because all that junk isn't good for your internal organs (If you ever saw "Super Size Me" by Morgan Spurlock where he eats nothing but McDonalds for a month, you would have seen his doctors astonished by the amount of LIVER DAMAGE he experiences in this short period of time).

I used to get my exercise at my job. I worked in fast food, and ate that, plus I've always been a junk food addict. But being on my feet and constantly walking around doing things kept my weight constant.
