Sound heart - warming, but are the results relevant to real life?
And who should recieve these feelings?
And how often should you give them?

Being kind puts you in control - control of yourself. As to whether such a heartwarming way of being (kind) is relevant to real life, don't mistake "being kind" with being meek. Being kind takes a lot of strength and determination, especially in this day and age. Being kind does not preclude being strong, standing up for yourself and others, doing what is right, making your own way, and so on and so on and so on. Being kind is being respectful and it is a lifestyle......not an intermittent action. Hence, everyone should receive such treatment (and give it as well).

I don't think being kind helps you feel in control. I try to always be kind to others. It makes me feel good about myself. I was taught long ago to follow the Golden Rule " Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." This is one of the most valuable lessons I learned. If all people in this world could follow this, it would be a much better place to live.

i dont really think that being kind makes you feel in control.

but i think it will help you. the ones who are mean are the ones who most need a hug. and in its moment, if your kind, and everyone else is mean, you will get happines.

but not control, because sinse every one is mean, you will get mad, because your kind and everyone else is mean and it gets you mad. i know.
