It's your mind basically. The toilet cleaner for the company might be just happy with the job, saying that it's better-paid then the previous one. While your boss could be frowning at every calls and emails he has to reply.
PASSION. PAY. PEOPLE. Suitability - f none of these 3P falls in your expectations, your mind says this is the worst job ever.
So its ironical that those who have higher qualifications have higher expectations and so have the tendency to have more dissatisfaction compared to the lower-qualified who are just happy to have 3 meals.
Trust me. I'm still finding a job. Well, got rejected by the one that has my 3Ps.

hmmm ... i must say flipping the pages of Classified Ads searching for job. But nothing can beat the Royal Guards who stood at the gate of the palace for hours without much movements, no talking, no facial expression (do they blink?), and of course no computer ! I wonder if they breathe ... haahaa

Working in a slaughterhouse. Murdering animals, dismemebering them while they are still conscious. Hell on earth, definitely the worst.

sewer cleaner, food poisen tester, arch enemy, the person that adjust genitals for underwear ads (true job--saw in in a magazine article!) and I have to agree with the guy above that mentions genocide grave digger.
