Does anyone know of some healthy places to eat in houston. I am trying to decide what to do for lunch because I am tired of the same old thing. Does anyone have any ideas?

I haven't been to Houston for a while. But I lived there for 20 years & if there's one thing that there is plenty of, it's places to have lunch. Being one of the world's largest cities, it may be hard to get a useful answer. Nobody knows what part of the city you live/work in.
The obvious solution is the standard good places like Subway, Quizno's, Olive Garden etc. There was a great Deli in the Heights that I used to go to; very healthy, but I can't remember the name. And of course Phil's in Montrose had a very healthy menu.
Unhealthy (probably) was Broiler King in Bel Aire; unhealthy but the best darn hamburgers in the world. Try a No. 6!
I suggest you pull up Yahoo! Maps & list the restauraunts in your area, pick a few and try them out one at a time.

We love to go to:
Katz's (open 24/7) on Westheimer (Montrose) or Baba Yega Grant (?) / Westheimer.
I heard good things about Sandy's on I10 and the beltway. Also Escalante's and Carrabas are very good.
All are very decent priced too.

if you are around the memorial area, there is an organic restaurant called Moveable Feast. It is actually pretty good and not extremely expensive. if i remember correctly it was about 4.50 for a chicken salad sandwich. Eatzi's offers some pretty good food that you can pick up and bring home. i love Eatzi's.
