Four months may not be long enough. Keep trying.
But if you want to have your best chance, read _Taking Charge of Your Fertility_ by Toni Weschler. It will help you determine when you are most fertile to get the highest likelihood of conceiving.
Good luck!!

I know that four months can seem like an eternity when you're ttc, but it's really not that long. We tried for an entire year, got pg, miscarried at 10 weeks, tried 6 more months to conceive, and finally got pg with our dd. It's a very emotional and stressful road for a lot of couples. Just hang in there...it will happen in its sweet time. Believe me, I know. My dd couldn't have come at a better time. God knows best.
I was very, very obsessive about it from the beginning. It controlled my life, my every thought. There was NO way to stop me. I was charting every basal temp, checking cervical mucous (sometimes every hour!), researching the infamous pregnancy symptoms online. It was a sickness!! When I finally "gave up", got bitter (after the m/c) and let God take control, I got a healthy pgcy....and it was bliss from beginning to end...from every morning sickness to not being able to sleep well at nine months. You'll get your turn, just try not to let it control your life and your relationship with your dh. Sex became a means to an end, not sweet lovemaking anymore.
I also didn't want to hear..."it'll happen, just be patient..." BUT it's true! :)

What methods have you tired?
Chart, chart , chart! it is the only way to predict your body's cycle. take your temp every morning _before_ you get out of bed. Use and online calender like fertilityfriend.com or lilypie.com to monitor your body's changes. These site will also advise you on how to check for ovulation with cervial mucus, and ovulation predictor kits. This way you will know the right time to be intamate with you husband. Good Luck.

Get the Clear Blue Fertility Monitor- It about $200.00 but man it works. We got pregnant with 3 months. Before that we were always missing my ovulation time because I have irregular periods.

Assuming there is no medical reason for failure to concieve, just relax and let nature take its course. Sometimes the stress of trying to get pregnant can prevent the pregnancy. Just continue to have fun, and nature will take its course.

have your tried to track when you ovulate - if you have sex during your most fertile times (when you ovulate), that can boost your chances of getting pregnant. When you ovulate, the egg is released, so if you have sex at this time, it is up to the sperm to get to the egg
Check out this website - I hope it helps!

This one might help too

my advise to you is what people tell me, "stop trying" and let it happen. but it's hard to get your mind off the baby track. if you want one then accept it when it happens, but if it takes time, then use the patience you learned when you have your baby!
