If you are young it could be growing pains. If you are older it may be bad circulation. I'm no doctor, but if it persists go get it checked.
Tip. Drink lots of water and move around a lot to get your circulation going.

Depend on your age. At a young age bones sometimes hurt just from the growing process. At an older age arthritis can get in the legs to cause them to hurt. Try Aleve or just Tylenol for a few days

If you are in your early teens, it's what is commonly known as 'growing pains' I had them. My lower legs would ache and ache, not all the time but just every now and then. It went off once I hit 15 and stopped growing (oh yes, I am very short!).

if your still growing then it could be your bones stretching and lengthening. if not, then could be pain from something you did. maybe an injury?

if in teens, could be "growing pains." harmless. esp if in both legs.. Older people, could be circulatory problem...sores? loss of hair?
