TO KEEP MY GIRLFRIENDS MOUTH SHUT AND HER HANDS AND FEET BEHIND HER BACK WHEN I PUT HER IN THE CLOSET FOR A LITTLE QUIET TIME

Well, I once fixed my friend's camera on top of a mountain in the pre-alps in Switzerland. That was my finest duct-tape moment. Good thing I carry it with me everywhere I go!

I have made several wallets out of duct tape. (they do wear out after a while...) Once I had a wallet, and I made a matching duct-tape purse, and covered a pen in duct tape so it would also match the purse and wallet. It was a great conversation piece AND accessory.

I've used duct tape to line the inside of a cloth bag I was making, because I didn't feel like making a real lining for the bag. I've also used duct tape as a strap for a bag.

I've used duct tape to make a corset to wear to a late-night Rocky Horror Show.

So many duct tape memories! I can't wait to see what other people put!

How else was I supposed to keep three six-year olds quiet over the weekend? It's duct tape. Duck is the brand...Ducks don't like being taped as much as six year old people do.

I got cheap maternity pants on clearance from Gap.com, but they were way too long! I have no sewing skills, but found that I could roll them up on the inside, duct tape them, and it would stay on through wash-load after wash-load, and even with putting them in the dryer.

A hose ripped on the engine of my car, I used duct tape to make a new hose by sticking lengths of duct tape to itself (sticky side to sticky side) to form a new hose, and then using clamps on the end to fasten it. (like the kind you would find on a washing machine hose). I drive a 1997 VW golf.

Use a small piece to cover a wart. Keep it covered and this prevents air from getting to the wart, which smothers it. In turn, it will dry up and go away! Tried and true!
