My guess would be stress.....it is amazing the effects that stress can have on your body. The same thing has happened to me. I was under a tremendous amount of stress due to my ex husband and felt nauseated to the point of throwing up at times, had irregular periods.........more crampy and heavy than usual.....spotting in between. I really thought something was seriously wrong with me. I never saw a doctor, I guess I just diagnosed myself as it being stress induced. The problem is better for me right now. If you are under a great deal of stress that could be it. It wouldn't be a bad idea to check with your doctor just to rule out any other cause. You might need a medication to help you with stress.

you better go to see your doctor. Make an appointment as soon as possible. This can be a serious matter for you. It is not normal to have these symptoms at all. I'd think stress would give you way other symptoms than this! Pregnancy too!

Any bleeding over 10 days needs to be evaluated by your doctor to determine the cause. If you are changing one or more tampons or pads in an hour, this needs to be checked out immediately as it can lead to anemia. As you state you are tired, you could already be anemic. There are many reasons for period abnormalities including stress, hormonal imbalance, weight gain/loss, thyroid, hormonal imbalance, illness, medication, infection, polyp, cyst, amongst other reasons. Please see your doctor asap for an exam and testing to determine what the exact cause may be.

You should get yourself to the Dr. A.S.A.P. Use the emergency room if you do not have a Dr. or insurance. It could be serious. Also don't eat much until after they do tests. Drink some fresh cold water. The bleeding may be serious.
