Easy, have them buy you a new monitor. LCDs can have problems if too much pressure is applied.

U can buy some cleaner to get rid of the marks at like dixons and shopes like that but accorrding tyo a man that works at the store said that baby wipes work perfectly :)

contact lens cleaner in a spray bottle and a shammy cloth some of the window cleaners can be harsh and leave an opaque mark which is much more annoying and permanent

I usually use a tiny bit of window cleaner for my computer screen so that might work. Also try just using a dry duster.

markor indents? marks you should be able to clean off with a lint free clothe but indents will either pop out over time or if they are made tooo deep they are there forever

Sorry, the LCD crystals have been permanently damaged and it is very expensive to restore. My recommendation is to buy another LCD: http://froogle.google.com/froogle?q=LCD+Monitor&hl=en&btnG=Search+Froogle&lmode=online
