Easy, have them buy you a new monitor. LCDs can have problems if too much pressure is applied.

U can buy some cleaner to get rid of the marks at like dixons and shopes like that but accorrding tyo a man that works at the store said that baby wipes work perfectly :)

contact lens cleaner in a spray bottle and a shammy cloth some of the window cleaners can be harsh and leave an opaque mark which is much more annoying and permanent

I usually use a tiny bit of window cleaner for my computer screen so that might work. Also try just using a dry duster.

markor indents? marks you should be able to clean off with a lint free clothe but indents will either pop out over time or if they are made tooo deep they are there forever
