While I agree that you are not all there, I guess Nunya has a point. Fish "communicate" by their behaviour; you just have to know how to read it. The best way to become proficient is to observe your fish, so you can tell when they are acting not quite right. If you are really asking if you can have a conversation with your fish, well, I'd have to say, no, sorry. If you want to know what fish are thinking, go watch "Finding Nemo" or that mermaid movie with Ariel (The Littlest Mermaid??).

Well, honestly yes and no. With all animals (birds and reptials included) you can communicate feeling and emotion, this is done through posture and believe it or not how you smell. When you look at your animals you body uncounsiously picks up on these things. you cannot speak to your animals with words and expect them to truly understand but you can learn how to express yourself and learn how they express themselves.

My fish tell me when they are hungry, they may not say it with words though but they show me.
