try rebooing your Pc
if that doesn't work reinstall yahoo messenger

Just wait awhile. Lots of people seem to be having problems at the moment. It'll correct itself.

check to make sure it's not still runing but if you mean you are not able to log in it seems yahoo is having server issues today so try again later
