i am in Canada and when i searched this is what i found
In 2000, first-time brides were 31.7 years old, while grooms proclaimed their first marriage vows at an average age of 34.3. Only two decades earlier, women and men were 25.9 and 28.5 years old, respectively, when they got married.

The constitution says 21 but people actually wait until they are able to cope with marriage. If you ask me average marriage age in my country i will say 25 for women and 30 for men. Since you did not ask my country I won't tell you (giggles).

average age of marriage in our country for girls is 28 and for boys is 32
