Africa isn't a nation it's a continent of 54 nations with differing cultures and dress.

The best place to start would be a search engine - you could use the Yahoo! one or try one like www.google.co.uk - try using key words like 'Africa, customs, traditional dress' etc - or if she is doing it on a specific African country try inputting that. Just doing a search on 'Africa, Traditional dress' on Google I got the following sites:
http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&q=Africa%2C+Traditional+Dress&meta=
Good luck!

The CIA World Factbook is on the internet, free, up to date and probably contains more data than any school project would expect her to produce.
