Almost immediately. Since there is no pressure in space, the pressure on the inside of your body won't be balanced by the pressure outside of your body and...ugh

Well, let's see. Floating out in space without protection, there's actually three ways you will die:
1) You body is built to survive in an area with an average ambient pressure of 1 atmosphere. Going out into space, the pressure is zero atmospheres. Since your body counts on that pressure to help hold its shape, you'll explode like a meaty water balloon.
2)Space is a vacuum. Vacuum = No matter, No matter = no possible colissions between particles, Collisions between particles = heat, ergo space has no heat, and therefore space is really cold. Like absolute zero-ish cold. So, you'll freeze to death, or, if your temparture gets down to absolute zero, the destabilizatoin of your atoms will cause you to become unstable and, well, go critical (think Chernobyl).
3) There's no air in space (yet there is an Air 'n Space museum...interesting...), so you'll suffocate.
I don't know how long it will take before death sets in, but rest assured that you will be dead before you get the chance to ponder that question much. As for decomposition, for that to occur, there would have to be some organisms or alternate chemical means for the body to be processed back into the dirt from whence it came. Since I have yet to see fungi and earthworms in space, I can say you won't decompose. You will, however, be nicely mummified by the freexing tempratures. Just stay away from stars.

The human body will not explode in space and your blood will not boil. Your skin is strong enough to withstand the internal pressure usually counteracted by our atmosphere. You won't instantly feeze as there isn't anything in space to conduct your body heat away from you. If you tried to hold your breath you would probably damage your lungs. The saliva on your tongue would boil away but you would survive in space as long as you could go without oxygen. If you were exposed to sunlight you would get a very bad sunburn and it is possible that the lack of pressure would cause problems similar to the bends that scuba divers sometimes experience. That's about it.

You will be a big bloody mess within seconds because of internal pressures. Your body was intended to be under about 14.696 psia or 0 psig (pounds-force per square inch, absolute or gauge) (lbf/in²) at all time. If you aren't the results will be very messy, if you don't freeze first(most regions of space are about -273 degrees C or -459.4 F.)
As for decomposing, the organisms in your intestines most likely won't get the chance to dine on you as they too will be frozen within seconds

hardly a sec. its all due to the pressure difference there is no preesure out there in the space.
the next matter is about decomposing. if u r floating directly facing the sun near the earth, the temperature will be more than 250 to 300 degree celcius, so u can think wht will happen to ur dead body. next if u r floating in a shadow region, that is dark place of the earth, the temp will be -250 to -300 degre celcius. here also u can think whats goona happen to you.

Paul G is correct. You could potentially survive without injury a 30 second exposure to space. After life functions cease, a human body in space will become freeze dried pretty fast.

Does freeze drying mean anything to you? I think that you would stay for a long time. Space dust may break you up, you may run into a star but barring catastrophe you would last a long, long time.
Did I say you'd be dead all this time???

pretty much instant death. there is no pressure to keep your body intact and the coldness will freeze you to death almost instantly. well there is nothing to eat away at your body, so it'll just be a motionless freezing corpse.
