I think they should stick with Anna Nicole. Since she is a total idiot, she just might keep taking those dangerous TrimSpa pills in the hopes that her baby will be skinny. They can advertise the fact that smoking causes low birth-weight babies, and maybe tie in the whole TrimSpa thing with that.
