Yes - spiritually connected people can feel like this (even if they don't know they are connected!.
- it may be that there are energies being transmitted to the planet at the moment that can make people feel tired, fed up, in need of change, restless, etc, (sit with it and know it will pass)
- it may be your higher self is trying to tell you it's time for a change (consider a new direction in your career or spiritual belief) or to do some clearing in your life (try under the stairs or in the loft, stuff that has been sitting for a while)
- it could be that you have invited an energy into your life and need to shift it (this can be shifted through spiritual healing)
DONT get dispondent it is temporary
DO meditate to reconnect with higher vibrations
SEEK help if the mood doesnt improve after a couple of days
...love, light and peace

Absolutely - many, many times in my life (which has lasted quite a long time!). The good news is that moods like that are usually only temporary, and once you know that the bad feelings will end sooner or later you learn to put up with them while they are there. Have a cup of tea, go for a walk, talk to someone, go window shopping, surf the net, listen to your favourite music - take your mind off your blues! Soon you'll feel quite different. Very occasionally the bad feelings may not go away and that's when you need to see your doctor in case you need some medication. Good luck!

Earlier this year, I split with my girl, had some terrible family problems, work got me down and then I lost my job and couldn't get another. I'd just sorted a lot of financial trouble out and next thing, BANG! back in debt.

One day in the middle of all this depression, I just packed a bag full of clothes and was just going to walk out of the house I own and not come back. I just wanted to walk around to gain some piece of mind. Didn't care where, just wanted to leave my whole life behind.

As I went to walk out the house, I seen a picture in my house of me and my mum and dad at my friends wedding when I was best man. I seen pic's of me and my nephews together and a pic of me and lots of my friends on a night out together. I put my bag down and cried. How could I leave all that behind because I felt low at the time? How could I give up all I'd worked hard for and my wonderful friends and family just because i was feeling low.

I'm not saying I'm 100% now, but I'm starting to feel better now. Things will work out if you let them. I know it's easy for someone else to say, but about 2 months ago, I felt there was no hope left for me. Now I've got a good job, I'm sorting the few debts I have out and I'm so glad that I never left my house behind.

You'll be OK.

Send me a message if you want to talk. I'd be glad to listen and try and help out.

Cheer up babe:

Whenever life gets you down,
And things seem hard or rough,
When people are stupid, obnoxious or daft,
And you feel that you've had quite enough,
Just remember that you're standing on a planet that's evolving
And revolving at 900 miles an hour
It's orbiting at nineteen miles a second, so it's reckoned,
A sun which is the source of all our power.
The sun and you and me and all the stars that we can see,
Are revolving at one million miles a day,
At ten thousand miles an hour in the outer spiral arm,
Of the galaxy we call the milkyway.
The galaxy itself contains a hundred million stars,
It's one hundred million light years side to side,
It bulges in the middle, fifteen thousand light years thick,
But out by us it's just 3,000 light years wide.
We're 30,000 light years from galactic central point,
We go round once every two hundred million years,
And our galaxy is only one of millions of billions,
In this amazing and expanding universe.
The galaxy itself keeps on expanding and expanding,
In all of the directions it can whiz,
As fast as it can go, at the speed of light you know,
Twelve million miles a minute and that's the fastest speed there is,
So remember when you're feeling very down and insecure, how amazingly unlikely is your birth,
And pray that there's intelligent life somewhere up in space,
'Cos there's bugger all down here on Earth!

Feel like giving up?

I actually gave up. I pulled my car over on the side of the highway, got out and threw my keys in the river. Then I walked off into the wilderness hoping to get torn apart by wild animals.

Everywhere I went people called the cops on me. I got tired of running and hoping fences to get away from the cops. Finally I pulled out my spare car key and gave up on giving up!

I dragged my scraped up, scraggly self, covered in burrs and clothes all torn up and hanging off me-- to the local tavern and got some food and beer. I soon forgot I had ever givin up.

Yes-know just how u feel. You MUST sort out what is bothering you or u could end up feeling like this more and more. Don't let things build up. Tell everyone how you feel. If it helps go away just for a few days and clear you head.

Yes i used to so i did, sometimes we all feel that way especially if we are under alot of pressure, write a list of everything that keeps you in the same sort of lifestyle maybe consider taking a short break from it all. we all seem to get caught in a rut once in a while just remember you'll feel alot worse if you act rashly and regret it

I get that way every once in a while myself. Sometimes life can get a bit overwhelming believe me I know but instead of walking away I find things to distract me from whatever troubles me.

aww sorry to hear that, take deep breaths, put on some relaxing music, if you can do some stretch excercises,go for a short break is you can, unwind your mind by calling someone you trust, don;t worry i have those moments too, know that they'll pass soon and that God loves you ,God Bless.

p/s ask God to help you take away that from you because you can't deal with it by yourself,he will ease your pain if you're faithful
