when i save a file in ms word , the file save in double file , the real one and the 0kb file .why?

If Word is not open and all files are accounted for, there still may be some of these files on the disk. This is a program error in Word. All these files can be deleted. JUST MAKE SURE WORD IS THROUGH AND CLOSED.
