American women are generally more reserved about shedding their tops at the beach...If you were to go to a beach that allowed topless women...would you take it off?
(And guys...we no you'd go topless so no need to tell me yes!)

American women, like you said, don't generally take their tops off because off all the body images issues thrown in our faces as young girls. I've done it in Mexico where you have rather large European me (no offense) walking around in itsy-bitsy speedos!! Kind of helps the self-esteem to see that!

I have swam topless in my pool and in friends pools for years. All my friends (m & f) have seen me topless and that's cool. I have been topless at the beach a few times but don't go often because I live a long way from the beach.

In Texas it is legal for women to go topless on all public beaches.

No because over here I feel like you'll be judged due to societal moral restrictions as as the ridiculous body image ideals people have over here; however I've done it several times before when traveling to Mediterranean beach spots.

Yeah. It gets hot outside sometimes you know and you just wish you could take your shirt off or something like all the guys get to do! So yeah, I probably would.
