I always use to find it hard to not smile and was always kind to people and never use to start fights ever. i use to laugh alot and basically have a good time with a pure heart. I always use to love everything and not have a bad thing to say about anything. But now im getting sick of this world im sick of putting up with its bullshit so im always swearing all the time now and beating the **** outa people but they start it of course. im depressed and hate pretty much everything and everyone now and im a complete racist to stuff i dont like and have little respect for anything now. all i do all day is train to become stronger and stronger training my martial arts to beat more and more people etc. I also dont want to hang with my family or friends anymore i just want to be left alone. and i always get angry so what is the matter with me? why have i become something i never wanted to be?

That is sad...it appears life has beaten you up and now you want to retaliate Please do not get me wrong...I am not degrading you AT ALL..this is just some suggestions..ok?
I understand that being nice all the time and not getting any reward or acknowledgement for having a kind heart is painful. This is just some advice.
1. Con't to focus on your martial arts..thats a good stress reliever.But look at it in a way to help people. Perhaps you can donate your time with children..helping them build their self esteem...instead of doing it to beat people up.
2.Think about it when you swear...are you really accomplishing anything with that word. Try to compensate that word with another like "oh bother", or "blast"...eventually it will be the norm for you.
3. Your outlook...when you are feeling like you want to beat the world up, think of something good...think about what you have to offer people...and help them..I know there is goodness in you..if not you would not have written this. Make a list of all your good qualities...pick from that list and do something with it.
4. Depression is a state of mind...all you think and feel is negative....if you can get couseling, please do so. If not...MAKE yourself do kind things..it will lighten your heart...people will notice a difference in you....
5. Your family....try to make yourself do things with your family...invite them bowling or for some type of outing....the depression you are feeling is distancing you from your family...they love you....let them know how you feel..if you can talk to them...but if not...try to work on changing your behavior toward life....Its beautiful...learn to love it again.

hey dude your not a bad person, something must of had to happen to you to change so dramatically and if your really worried talk to your mom or someone you trust in the school or around you and ask them to take you to a shrink. This change could be caused by pent up anger over the years, even though you were happy it could be that you had lots of anger and your imploded anger(when something makes you angry and you keep quiet about it) has changed to explosion anger(beating up ppl, swearing etc) and your not channeling your anger for te better, find ways e.g take up something you really enjoy doing that doesnt result into anything bad.... good luck

Sounds like you have a normal case of depression, make an appointment with your doctor for some meds, you will me feeling better about everything in a couple of weeks.

You're letting things get to you. No matter what you do, it's not going to stop people from being who they are and it's not going to stop them from doing good and bad things. You need to relax, take things with a grain of salt and walk away. When people keep hanging on to certain things, they will waste time running back to it time and time again. Just let it go and stay focused on yourself and your own goodness.

NO ONE IS A BAD PERSON. it is the actions/ behaviors that we do/have that make us a bad person. i get angry very easily aswell but i learned a trick if you talk to the person about why your angry problems do get solved, or if you write a letter to the person (DON'T SEND IT!) and then you write a letter of what you want to hear from that person and a letter of what that person will say you will feel alot better.
