i am not able to open e-mail messages nor am i able to complete programs.-screen shows page unable to access?

programs accessed thru internet when worked with and try to open do not let me. Takes time and then says this program can not be accessed

im having the same problem with mine so forget what the jer just said before me.... probably having some server problems with yahoo. give it a while then try again. have a wonderful day
