The ability to identify the villains ability (only)
then the superhero would get frustrated since he could ONLY identify, which has no use in fighting back, haha!
p/s: Why do some superheroes wear their underwear inside out?

The worst super hero ability would have to be phase shifting, walking down the street and suddenly you turn into a puddle of water, then two seconds later youre a cloud of gas.
it would only happen at random, youd go for days without it happening, or it would happen dozens of times in the course of a minute.

The ability to subdue bad guys by throwing up your entire 7 course meal from the night before all over them. These superheroes would be named Vomit Comet and his sidekick, Barf Boy.
