When I'm anxious I try to keep myself busy, tkaing my dog for a walk is a nice thing (for both of us, and you get outside) or call an old friend and chat it uP!

try exercising or talking a walk - sometimes I call a good friend and chat away for a little. I like to take a bubble bath and listen to music....maybe get a massage or manicure, being pampered is always relaxing. Maybe you can find some online games to play to take your mind off things. I hope some of that helps!

Plan a trip. Focus all of your energy on something else. If you are married, do you remember planning the wedding and how it took over every waking moment? Do that with something else, a trip, a family BBQ, a girl's night out, a reunion, find something to put your energy in that is fun to do and will distract you.

Dancing always relaxes me... but people are different. I have heard tecniques of yoga and reading can help too. Long baths and art/creative things can help also.
