The best way that I found was to look in the fictitious business section of your local newspaper. Listed there will be all companies that are getting a name for their business. Some cities have a commercial paper that list more than your local paper see if you can find this paper. You might go to the county court that process fictitious business names, you might find a representative of the business paper in the hall ways trying to make a sale. Ask them how you can get a copy of their paper.

Your job is to find the ones that look real estate related. You should compose a letter offering your services as a professional loan processor. See if you can get a couple of your current clients to write a letter of recommendation.

Once you have composed your letter, gotten your letters of recommendations, send them out to your new prospective clients.

You might do a little cold calling by looking in the telephone book, finding what look like the mom and pop real estate firms and see if they are in need of your services. Get you a prepared speech to say so that you will be saying the same thing on a constant basis.
