I disagree that Bush is inept, and I challenge you to show definitive evidence of ineptness - something beyond the late-night talk show host's opinions. I don't think you can.
Also, I believe that Cheney would be a low-key president, and probably wouldn't do much beyond the usual social-conservative agenda (conservative-light, really). However, I doubt seriously that he'll run for president.

If Cheney took over from Bush he would spend most of his time giving our tax money to his friends at Halliburton.
I don't think he'd end the war. He just wouldn't give it much thought.
He'll only have a short time to loot the treasury before the next elections.
He'd only have a heart attack if he got caught with his hand in the cookie jar.
If he only deals with Republicans he can get away with anything.

being an united states citizen I already know chaney is running the show with bush out front. wouldn't you want a shield in front of you when bullets are flying?And being a former marine myself I find that these guys are repulsive and we as americans need to clean up our yard. our constitution is really being challanged over here and not so much is being done about it.
