been true to my wife except once when I got up close and personal with another woman's busoms, then see ignored me afterward, the combination of feeling so good after touching her, her ignoring me afterward and the guilt of cheating on my wife, hurt me so bad that I had to be locked up in a mental clinic, as I took a couple handfulls of assorted pills and was out for a while. I'm past all of that now but I can never completely put thoughts of sex out of my mind. Gets me down to even talk about it.

Wow...its been that long for you....talk with your wife and let her know your feelings. however you should feel ashamed that you cheated on your wife. And it really hurts her to. Mabye you should go to marriage counseling. If you love your wife you will do what is best for the both of you. It will take along time for her to regain her trust in you..you have to prove her wrong...and not do this again. Im sure she thinks to herself "once a cheater always a cheater" I hope things work out for you...good luck...If you love her enough...show her..make her love and trust you again.
