My system is running slow again. I had some stalker/jerk from Japan hack my e-mails. I bought a new computer when I moved back to Canada but my system is running slow again and I have three fire walls and all kinds of anti spyware.

First of all, there are many ways to hack an e-mail, and possible defenses against it depend only on what e-mail service you're using. Since you didn't provided that information, I can't help you on that point.

About the slow system, you probably are using a Windows, so there are a few things you can do:

- Erase *.tmp , *.chk and *.bak files, which aren't necessary;

- Uninstall programs you no longer use;

- Desfragment your hard drive.

Then, apart from this, there are some things you should do.

First, install "Spyware Doctor" and "Ad-aware Personal version", update their definitions and scan your system, removing all problems they may find;

Second, install an anti-virus. In case you don't want to buy one, you could try "Avast Anti-virus". Update its definitons, scan your system, and that's ok.

Third, you DON'T need 3 firewalls, you just need a properly configurated one.

The only way for a person to hack your email is to crack your yahoo password. YOU can stop this by creating a password something like this @$#%^*()dusty#$%^%$^% as an example you can also add a space in the password and makes it hard to crack.
Also, watch what links you click on and dont put your name and password into nothing. Unless you know its a safe link.
