No. Two cell phones cannot be programmed with the same number. It would cause problems in the system for calls and for billing.

I'm fairly certain that two cell phones can't be programmed with the same number, so maybe your girlfriend's dad is just a loudmouth and it sounds like he's on the line, but really isn't.

apply for multi sim svc... only 1 can be use for voice calling at one time, but able to switch the voice svc to & fro. hope that helps...
