How in the world is anyone supposed to answer this question? We know nothing of you, this boy or your circumstances. Do you want someone to just say yes to make you feel better? Life doesn't work this way. Talk to him, make sure he knows who you are, put yourself in his mind, and then if he likes what he sees, he might just fall for you. But sitting back and hoping that you will somehow catch his eye ain't going to do it sister.

it depends! have u tried to get his attention?dont try to be something u r not! find out a bit about him, snd try to use that to "lure" him in to you, but don't try to manipulate him!
