it won't let me sign in and when it finally did my call button wasn't there and messenger wasn't working properly.

Yes server is down.
Go to Answer and then click on Computer & Internet. Theres about 20 people every minute asking this same question....so you are not alone =)
If you go to Answers forum, many people are having same issue. Yahoo's server went down starting last night doing tech work and now they are down again. Their server should be stable soon.

Yes, I have accidentally come across yahoo answers and found this question.
Since today 1530 hrs (Time is in GMT + 5.30 ) we are experiencing problems in yahoo messenger. We are not able to log in to yahoo mail either.
Life without Yahoo! It is boring.....
