When ever I insert an audio CD, it would not play/ read the disc but it plays any DVD whether it’s pirated or an original copy. It’s not also reading the original Microsoft office CD that came with it. Its only reading and playing DVDs. What can I do please?

I think you did not get your laptop from Dell, maybe you got it from someone else. if that is the case, and you have tried all you can to get it fixed without success then my best advise to you is to change your drive all the best.

Although you might think the unit only uses one laser, it doesn't.
There is only one laser ASSEMBLY (ie, you can only see one lense etc.) but there is more than one laser diode in the unit.
It sounds to me like the low frequency laser is blown, and there's nothing you can do but get the drive replaced. if you are lucky, it's under warranty.
Call 310-DELL and read them the system number (they'll tell you where it is) and if it's under warranty, it won't cost you a dime, not even for shipping.

Call Dell up, if its not working via run or such luck, then I imagine its a fault with the driver, they should repair it, provided its still in its warranty.

The problem is with the lens. You could try cleaning them or you should better take it to a tehnician!
