Something comfy. You are going to be pampered so start with what you are wearing. Don't wear makeup there if you are getting a facial, but bring it with you if you aren't getting an application. ALWAYS bring shoes for the floors/showers (plastic flipflops are Great) Thats about it. except make sure to leave the cell phone and lap top in the car, if not at home.

Bra and panties. Baggy linnen pants (drawstring type) and a nice tank top. (You'll leave on the panties during the massage) Nice pair of thong type sandals (be SURE you have had a PEDICURE). You should bring a bathing suit incase you get to dip in the whirlpool before your treatment.

Wear whatever you feel most comfortable in - it's entirely your choice. Swimming costume, bikini, shorts and t-shirt or panties and bra. You should be supplied with a gown or covering - once you have that, you can choose what you leave on and what comes off.
