Only if the mosquito was carrying diseases. Just like if he had of gotten bitten anywhere else on his body.

Highly unlikely! No different from a mosquito bite on any other part of his body. He may even have some fun relieving the itch! As a boy I got poison oak on my little penis and made a wonderful discovery when I was rubbing it to relieve the itch in bed one night!

don't worry, it will be fine. however see a doc if the bitten part does not heal after 3 days.
