dhoni is definitely superior to kaarthick coz he has his own style of play. he is one of those boom boom players in the world now n we all know that kaarthick cannot reach his height and fame. team indian can also feel safe if they had dhoni at no.6 than kaarthick (especially during chases). i think dhoni is the ideal choice for tests too coz he can vary his style a lot.
since its advantage dhoni, kaarthick and parthiv are forced out.

Best wicket keeper ........, I think I would go for Dinesh right now , but it semms that Dhoni has improved a lot in the recent series in WI. But Dhoni has to be the picked for his sheer reputation in batting. As long as he is there at the wicket ( which unfortunately oflate has become too short), the opposition cannot breathe easier.

Dinesh Karthik is alredy in the present IOndian Test Team. Most probably he will be playing in the 3rd test, if Dhoni is not fit. P.S. : Dinesh Karthik is playing the 3rd Test in place of M.S. Dhoni. He has opened the batting for India with Wasim Jaffar and the score at present is India 102 runs for No Loss. Jaffer is batting on 66 runs and Karthik 32 runs.

After a long time india has found the correct guy for a spot at least and that is MS Dhoni as the Wicket-keeper/Batsman..
All the recent past we had been tinkering with a wicketkeeper who can't bat or a wicketkeep who can't keep but does bat.
no we have MS Dhoni who as come for India's rescue, more so for alleviating the selector's headache.

Definitely dhoni yaar.He is not a good keeper but as well as a good batsman.I think kartik should be in match when dhoni is injured.Nobody can take place of wicket-keeper in cricket accept dhoniiiiii.
