All guys are different so there's no one sure fire way to dress to get attention from boys. Just be happy with whatever you wear and be confident. Boys are attracted more to these qualities.
However, I would recommend staying away from big baggy sweaters and that cover the whole of you up. That's not a good look. Neither is being slutty, like a mini skirt and thigh high boots. You don't want to look like a slob or a tramp. Just pick something nice and demure and alluring ;)

Dress in a way that you are happy with yourself. Different guys will prefer different types/styles of dress.

some girls put outfits together that guys dont like simply because it just doesnt look good on them but its in style...wear what suits your body and enhances not the other way around....also, dont buy clothes if your not a 100 percent sure of it..thats what i do...it works like a charm..if your iffy about it dont even waste your time

Nope, it depends on you. What your body is like, your attitude. If you put 5 girls in the same outfit, it'll look different on all of them.

Why do you care what they think? Why and please guys? Dress how YOU like to dress. And if they dont like it some other guy will!

it depends on the nature of the guy, some guys like it when girls are barely covering themselves with micro-mini skirts but their are some guys who like girls who dress modestly..
