you'll get a lot of mixed answers to this one. i believe it's in what kind of games do you play. if you like more sports games the xbox might be better for you. me personally I play third person action puzzle games like devil may cry and soul reaver so playstation works for me. there's also the substancial variety of ps titles.

Buy the Xbox 360 cause the games for the PS3 have been absolutely slated now they have started to actually be reviewed. At least with the 360 you will be able to use it like a pc soon enough.

At E3 2006 the Sony PlayStation was a Huge disappointment for the FANS and The GAMING INDUSTRY!! The Sony PlayStation 3 showed no effort of creativity whatsoever..(motion sensor=Wiimote______PlayStation On-line=XBOX LIVE)at E3..
.....So should you get the XBOX 360 HECK yeah !!!!!!
At E3 2006 XBOX 360 showed a strong selection of good games coming out for the Holidays not only that but XBOX live just got better!!!!!!! Bottom line is People are saying that the PlayStation 3 is better than the 360 BULL!!!!! i was at E3 2006 ques what Sony Fan Boys "KUTARAGI" is playing you guys like PUPPETS!!!!!

Wait for the PS3. With a 60GB hard drive, that's way better than the Xbox 360. Can't wait for November to come.

By all accounts, the PS3 is disappointing because it doesn't have a big enough hard drive, so there isn't enough room to save game data (they won't have memory cards anymore). The one with the bigger hard drive won't be out for at least another 6 months, so I would go for the XBox 360.

The Ps3 will be a hold lot better but it will also coast you $600 but it is way better than the xbox 360!

I can only speak for xbox as i got boyfriend one at christmas played a lot at the time but he hasn't played it since. If you get x box will you be wondering what it be like to play ps3. What about the hand held console it be fun if travelling

Get the ps3 when it comes out. Trust me Sony has always been better than microsoft with video games.

Buy both. You can get different games that don't go over onto the other system. That way you get the best of both worlds.
OR, make friends with people who have them, then you can play on theirs and save your money. :-)

get the xbox 360 the controller is better , the games are better and price is cheaper
