I have a flap of skin that is adhering to underlying tissue but is pretty deep. I'm no sure if I should leave it open to air or put on steri-strips. Neosporin or No?

Not enough information. When and how did you cut it? Where is the cut?

If there is a significant cut, you seek medical treatment.

If it is small, keeping it covered with a steri-strip might help. Once it is closed, keeping it moist with Neosporin or other antibiotic ointment will help keep the scaring down.

Good luck.

Stitches.
Otherwise, you're gonna have a scar.

It probably put some Neoosporin on it you know for infection reasons and then use the steri-strips. Sorry about the cut :-(
